In an attempt to draw attention to the volume and variety of Polyface products different restaurants use, we have identified patronage purchases to help diners know what they can expect at these venues. This in no way should be construed to downplay any establishment’s commitment to local and artisanal foods. After all, Polyface is not the only game in town. Our goal is gratitude and information.

Notice to all businesses buying from Rock Barn:

For the past several months the Virginia business Rock Barn has been acquiring its hogs from Polyface
and marketing them as Polyface pork.  Because our business goals did not align, we asked Rock Barn
to find another supplier, which has been done.   We wish Rock Barn well, but need to let everyone
know that Rock Barn pork is no longer Polyface pastured pigs.  If you see a change in quality,
this may be why . . . and we would welcome you back to Polyface.  Call with any questions.
